Rawalpindi: Army media wing said on Sunday that seven terrorists were killed in a fire with security forces in two separate operations in Dera Ismail Khan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to a statement issued by the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the first operation took place in the Darban area of The Khan.
The ISPR said that security personnel engaged the terrorists and “sent to hell to four”, ISPR used members of the banned Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) detectors. He said.
In another operation, reports were reported in the Madi area of the district, security forces killed three terrorists.
The statement said, “Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the fire, which was active in several terrorist activities in the area.”
The ISPR added, “Senatorial operations are being carried out to eliminate any other clinic found in the area as Pakistan’s security forces are determined to eliminate the threat of terrorism from the country.”
Army Media Affairs Wing said on Friday that these operations came a few days after killing six security forces in intelligence -based operations in KPK Kirk district.
According to the ISPR, security forces “effectively engaged” after receiving information about the presence of terrorists in the area.
