During the meeting, Nawaz Sharif emphasized the commitment of the steering of the party towards the party’s economic restoration, saying that the PML -N has “saved the country from falling into the ditch” during its past period. He emphasized that despite many shocks, “when the PML -N is in power, the nation always progresses.”

Sharif praised Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s efforts, praising his numerous work to strengthen the economy and reduce inflation. “Shahbaz is working hard to bring Pakistan back to development and prosperity,” he said, adding that the economic situation has shown signs of improvement in the leadership of the PML -N.

He highlighted the reduction of interest rates from 22 % to 12 % during the party era, which is evidence of his ability in financial management. Reflecting on the party’s intervened political journey, Nawaz Sharif claimed that Pakistan had given economic stability in his development agenda since 1990.

Legislators allegedly expressed alleged optimism about the progress made by Chief Minister Maryam Naz for his role, led by development projects across Punjab. Nawaz Sharif remarked, “Mary has been proud of me and the party as Chief Minister.”

Earlier, consultation between Sharif duo and party representatives from Faisalabad, Chent, Toba Tek Singh, and Jhang districts also focused on development strategies and public welfare. Nawaz Sharif emphasized the importance of sincerity and devotion in the rule, and said, “If the intention is right, Allah Almighty helps, and rewards come for people who serve diligently.”

Senior leaders, including Senator Pervez Rashid, Rana Sanaullah, and Maryam Aurangzeb, participated in high level consultations. These meetings are part of an ongoing engagement strategy that aims to strengthen party relations with provincial representatives and assess the needs of governance.
