Bushra Bibi will lead the PTI convoy despite the party controversy.

Bushra Bibi to lead PTI convoy to Islamabad despite party conflict

ISLAMABAD: Former first lady Bushra Bibi will now lead the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) convoy along with Ali Amin Gandapur, although Chief Minister Gandapur was initially announced as the sole leader.

Earlier, PTI leader and KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur had barred him from joining, citing the party’s already critical situation.

However, sources have reported that Bushra Bibi is insisting on the leadership, which is causing rifts in the party ranks. According to reports, Gandapur argued, “Founding leaders of the party say you don’t need to enter politics,” and even urged Bushra Bibi to stay at home while leading the convoy. .

We already have enough difficulties, Gandapur reportedly said, stressing the need to avoid any mistakes at this critical juncture. Meanwhile, Bushra Bibi stood her ground, insisting that she was following PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s instructions. Sources revealed that the disagreement led to a heated argument between Gandapur and Bushra Bibi.

Both the leaders said during their exchange that I am following the orders of Khan Sahib. The failure to resolve these differences and ongoing logistical hurdles are raising concerns about the party’s ability to effectively organize its protest efforts.

Observers believe that after several setbacks, the PTI cannot afford another setback, which is why internal cohesion is most important at this time.

Due to this internal power struggle, the caravan is stuck in Peshawar, severely hampering the PTI’s plans during the protests in Pakistan.

In response to the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protest in Islamabad, the authority has sought to completely seal all entry and exit routes of the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
