The story of six siblings, Azize, Cemo, Zeliha, Fidan, Samet and Balım, begins with a tragic event in which they lost their parents overnight. However, this story actually sprouted in Mardin with the impossible love of their parents, Bala and Rıfat. Rıfat, who grew up in an orphanage, falls in love with Bala at first sight while working as a teacher in the village where Bala lives. However, the obsessive love of Yavuz, from the rich and powerful family of Mardin, for Bala turns this innocent relationship into a tragedy.

Yavuz’s kidnapping and captivity of Bala necessitates Bala and Rıfat to escape and start a new life in the forest. This family, who built a fairytale house with their six children without moving away from nature, lives a peaceful life. However, Yavuz’s passion for revenge destroys this home. While Bala and Rıfat lost their lives, the children managed to escape under the leadership of their older sister Azize.

The brothers set out for Istanbul, a city they have never known, where they encounter many dangers and difficulties. Their efforts to reach Uncle Aslan, the person their father trusts, first compares them with Haşmet and his son Yusuf. Istanbul is a testing ground that is both frightening and full of difficulties for these brothers who know no other place than the forest.

Azize, Cemo and Zeliha are children who had to grow up early for the sake of their younger siblings Fidan, Samet and Balım. This difficult journey reveals the brothers’ efforts to survive by sticking together, and deals with the themes of love, sacrifice and hope.
