Dubai: Pakistan cricket star Babar Azam has once again topped the ICC Men’s ODI Batting Rankings released by the International Cricket Council (ICC) on Wednesday.
With 809 rating points, Babar Azam shines in One Day Internationals (ODIs) with an impressive batting average of 56.95 and a strike rate of 88.70.
India’s Rohit Sharma and Shibman Gill are second and third with 765 and 763 points respectively. No other batsman in the ODI format has come close to Babar’s remarkable rating points.
In the latest ODI bowlers ranking, Afghanistan’s Rashid Khan remains at the number one position, while Pakistan’s Shaheen Shah Afridi has slipped down to the second position.
Good news for Saeem Ayub of Pakistan! After his brilliant unbeaten century against Zimbabwe, Sime has moved up to 90th place in the top 100 ODI batsmen.
T20 Ranking
In the ICCT Twenty20 batting rankings, Australia’s Travis Head is first, England’s Phil Salt is second and India’s Tilak Verma is third.
