Islamabad: The office of the Registrar of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday withdrew the petitions of Imran Khan and his wife Bashara Babi, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-Insaf (PTI), of which $ 190 million was against the decision. After raising objections.

The Registrar’s office instructed the applicants to address the concerns and re -submit the application.

The objections include the absence of a certificate, which has confirmed that the matter is not being heard in any other court. The Registrar’s Office has also pointed out that some pages of appeals are not signed.

PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bashara Babi challenged the decision of the $ 190 million case of the Accountability Court in the Islamabad High Court.

The petitioners demanded Imran Khan to be acquitted, who was handed over to the 14 -year -old jail and his wife Bashara Babi, who was sentenced to seven years in prison.

In his petition, Imran Khan and Bashara Bibi accused the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) of misusing the powers to convict them in a $ 190 million case.
