A case has been registered against Imran Khan and others for the death of Constable Mubasher
Rawalpindi: A case has been registered against former Prime Minister Imran Khan, Chief Minister KPK Ali Amin Gandapur and others for the death of Police Constable Mubasher Hasan near Hukla Interchange.
An FIR was lodged by the police at the Taxila police station, stating that the attackers, who were armed with tear gas guns, rubber bullets and other weapons, violated Section 144.
The FIR also includes provisions of the Pakistan Penal Code (Section 14) as well as the Anti-Terrorism Act.
The First Information Report further alleged that the protesters violently attacked police officers and personnel using sticks and stones. It also stated that the attack was carried out by the PTI leadership on behalf of party founder Imran Khan.

According to the FIR, the accused injured constable Mubasher Hasan and abducted him in a red van. It was later reported that the accused threw him under the Hakla Bridge before fleeing.
Constable Mubasher was rushed to hospital but succumbed to his injuries. Constables Adnan, Raees and Naeem are among the other injured police personnel.
Four Rangers personnel also lost their lives in an “attack on Rangers and police personnel” on Srinagar Highway in Islamabad, the Interior Ministry reported. Radio Pakistan Two police officers are also reported to have been killed. According to recent reports, four Rangers personnel including five police personnel were injured in the incident.
