Akram Udas is a very famous artist of Pakistan. He has worked in Pakistani films, dramas, live television and theatre. He is known for his excellent comic timing and beautiful voice. He is also among the artists who went on to act in Indian Punjabi films that became blockbusters. Star Wasi Shah was a guest on the show and shared a very painful story from his past.
Akram Udas reveals that he belonged to a rich family but gradually everything fell apart. His father entered the world of crime and at some point 7 people were killed by him. He was captured and they sold everything for his court cases. His father was in prison for 14 years and he and his brothers worked from childhood to become who he is today. His father went to prison when he was 6 or 7 and got out when he was 21. They left their hometown and never went back.
After 40 years, Akram Udas decided to find the families of these victims. He himself went and apologized because he felt that if these people did not forgive him, his late father would not find peace. He got emotional as he told that it was very difficult but they forgave him because forgiveness is always better than revenge.
