Announcement of closure of all educational institutions in Balochistan tomorrow
Quetta: After the failure to recover the missing young student, a wheel jam strike has been announced in Balochistan. Due to which all educational institutions of the province including schools, colleges and universities will remain closed.
The Education Department confirmed that all educational institutions in the province will remain closed due to the strike call. Political parties and trade organizations have expressed support for the strike.
This follows a shutter-down strike in Quetta last week in protest against the abduction of a businessman’s son, which was also supported by political parties.
Pashtun Khwa Milli Awami Party leader Nasrullah Zehri said that all parties and civil society groups, including school children, will participate in tomorrow’s protest. JUI leader Abdul Qadir expressed concern over the safety of school children in the province, while National Party leader Chingiz Baloch emphasized that the problem is not just the family of the missing child, but the whole of Balochistan.
