Islamabad: China strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Jaffar Express in Balochistan on Wednesday and vowed to continue its support with Pakistan in combating terrorism, solidarity, social stability and security of civilians.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Mao Ning said during a regular briefing in response to a question regarding a terror attack on a train carrying more than 450 passengers in Balochistan province, “We noted these information and strongly condemned the terrorist attack.”
He said that China strongly oppose terrorism in any form and added: “We will continue to support Pakistan in combating terrorism, maintaining solidarity and social stability and protecting citizens.”
He added that China is ready to strengthen counter -terrorism and security cooperation with Pakistan and jointly keep the region peaceful, safe and stable.
