Alya reporting the smuggling shipment to the gendarmerie causes a major crisis within Cihan and the Albora family. Even though Alya believes what she did was right, this action is seen as betrayal and jeopardizes her position in the Albora family. However, Alya starts working at the hospital owned by Demir, despite Cihan’s opposition. Believing that she will find peace by working, Alya’s life becomes complicated again with Sadakat’s strategic move. While Sadakat tries to pressure Alya in every way, she uses Cihan Deniz as her biggest trump card. How long will Alya, who acts with the instinct of protecting her son, be able to withstand Sadakat’s threats?

Meanwhile, Ecmel takes advantage of the tension between Cihan and Şahin and makes plans to make her son the head of the Albora family.
