Lahore: Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi warned against the state proceedings on Saturday if he confronted his planned protest on February 8, saying that the state would take necessary action if the party proceeded with its planned protest.

Solving the issue of the Passport Authority, Naqvi expressed his commitment to the speeding establishment and emphasized that creating a dedicated body would pave the process of issuing the passport. “We have already discussed this with the Prime Minister, and the project is underway,” he said.

Regarding the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), the Home Minister indicated significant reforms in the coming days, especially in solving the problems facing the halal passengers at the airports.

He remarked, “Those traveling abroad through proper channels should not be harassed at airports.”

On the topic of illegal migration, Naqvi acknowledged the ongoing challenge of those trying to travel to Europe and other continents through illegal routes, such as boat accidents. “We are taking drastic measures in immigration counters to prevent such illegal activities,” he said.

The Home Minister also highlighted that efforts to illegally travel illegally in regions like Gujarat and Faisalabad Division have seen a significant increase. As a result, changes in the FIA ​​will be implemented to deal with these issues more effectively.

Although Naqvi expressed his support for Pakistanis traveling abroad, he assured that those involved in illegal immigration or the country’s reputation would face serious consequences.
