ISCO extends electricity bill payment date due to PTI protest disruption

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (ISCO) on Wednesday extended the last date for payment of electricity bills to November 29, 2024 to help customers affected by the PTI protests here.

The extension allows customers to pay bills without additional surcharges.

IESCO has informed all the concerned offices, banks and post offices to accommodate the payment extension period. The move comes after PTI’s successful operation to disperse protesters, clear the road and reopen major roads including the Islamabad-Lahore Motorway brought normalcy back to the capital.
