IWMB announces approval of Margalla View Point Project.
ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Wildlife Management Board (IWMB) on Friday announced that the 5th Implementation Committee unanimously accepted the master plan for the restoration of Margalla View Point Project environment.

According to an IWMB spokesperson, the master plan, created by architect Imrana Towana in partnership with Islamabad-based architect DB Studio, is the result of careful preparation and cooperation of all parties concerned.

According to him, WWF Pakistan will start fundraising for the project, and construction is expected to start soon. The Environment Protection Agency will review and approve the master plan and complete an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
