JAC Motors Pakistan, in collaboration with Gandhara Automobiles, has recently entered the local automotive industry and has announced the temporary suspension of bookings for its newly launched truck, the Jac T9 Hunter.
In a notification shared via social media, the company said: “Due to your overwhelming trust and phenomenal response, we are temporarily closing bookings for the Jac T9 Hunter at the close of business on January 15, 2025. .
The company explained that the decision is aimed at ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards. He also thanked the customers for their immense trust and support.
The recently launched Jac T9 Hunter gained significant popularity competing with Toyota’s Hilux Revo in the market. The car is priced at PKR 9,750,000.
The Jac T9 Hunter marks an exciting addition to the Pakistani automotive market, offering a fresh alternative to a segment dominated by the Toyota Hilux Revo for over a decade. Its introduction is expected to increase competition in the market.
The T9 Hunter features an aggressive front design, highlighted by a large front grille with piano black mesh and chrome accents.
The dual-layer headlights include fog lights with DRLs at the top and LED headlights at the bottom, giving the truck a bold and modern look.
The design incorporates piano black and dark gray accents, adding to its aesthetic appeal.
The truck is powered by a 2.0-litre diesel turbo engine capable of producing 168 horsepower and 410 Nm of torque.
Initial tests have shown impressive performance, although long-term testing is still ongoing.
This temporary halt in bookings reflects Jac Motors’ commitment to deliver quality and meet customer expectations promptly.
