Talking about her marriage, Jawaria Saud said, “Our marriage was arranged. Saud’s sister saw me at a Ghazal program where our family was invited. It was a traditional Ghazal gathering. I wasn’t even dressed properly; I wore a simple black dress paired with a shawl. I was enjoying the event when Saud’s sister contacted me and asked for my contact number. Instead of giving him my personal number, I shared my landline number and address. At that time I also wanted to go to America.
Jawaria added, “Saud’s sister called us the very next day, expressing her interest in coming to our house. Saud came with his entire family. Amjad Sabri also played an important role in our wedding. came up with Saud’s suggestion and that’s how it all happened.
