Karachi: The Karachi Anti -Narcotics Court on Monday issued a warrant for a non -seized arrest warrant for Mustafa Amir in connection with a sign of signatics, which was killed last month.
The court’s decision raised questions about the procedure, as the youths were brutally killed on January 6, and later their body was found in a burnt vehicle in the city center of Balochistan.
According to the details of the case, Mustafa was accused of trying to smuggle drugs through a courier service in the Korangi area of Karachi. Investigators alleged that he worked under alias “Timor” for these transactions.
Despite his murder, the court, apparently ‘unaware of his death, directed the authorities to present it to the next hearing on February 27. The investigating officer is expected to update the court about his murder during the proceedings.
Meanwhile, shocking details have been revealed in the murder investigation. One of the suspects, Armagne, allegedly confessed to driving Amir’s car before Derji, while Aamir was still alive but unconscious. He also acknowledged physically attacking him and firing three warning shots that were lost.
The issuance of an arrest warrant for a deceased person has highlighted serious mistakes in harmony between law enforcement agencies and the judiciary.
It is expected that authorities will now clarify the legal confusion regarding the issue of immortality, while both murder and drug allegations will continue separately.
