During his ongoing divorce, Laura Prepoon and Ben Foster have made serious accusations against each other, and their separation is further complicated.
Six months after his partition, the 44 -year -old Foster filed an amended divorce petition, accusing the 45 -year -old Prepone of “inappropriate marital behavior”, which further added his actual claim of “unmanageable differences”. He also requested the joint custody of his two children, a daughter named Ella and a son, whose name has not been publicly revealed.
In a dramatic turn, Prepoon responded to the “inappropriate marital behavior” with the same allegation and went a step further, and alleged that Foster had a history of “addictive”. These claims are part of his legal battle since his official separation on September 9, 2024.
The foster petition was filed in Nash Will on March 18, trying to prove that she and Prepoon are both parents, but the Prepon strongly disagrees. He contested the request for joint custody, rather than he wanted to catch the basic residential custody of his children, and claimed that it was in his best interest.
Prepoon’s legal team demanded “harsh evidence” from foster as a parent. Foster lawyers responded to people, emphasizing that their actions are part of the standard divorce method in Tennessee, where the matter is happening, as it is not a state of error.
Foster and Prepoon, who have kept their relationships and children relatively private private, started dating in 2016. He was engaged in a few months, married in 2018, and welcomed his first child shortly afterwards. His second child was born in 2020. In spite of his personal life being largely out of public eyes, Preion shared insights about his parents’ dynamics in a 2019 interview, emphasizing a balanced work and his dedication to the family.
The allegations of both sides, especially about the “cruel and inhuman treatment”, have significantly increased the tension. Prepoon’s response to these allegations, demanding evidence from the foster, indicates a controversial legal battle.
On March 22, people’s comments requests were not immediately answered.
