naypyidaw: Myanmar’s military rulers left hundreds of foreign aid personnel on Saturday when more than 1,600 people were killed after the earthquake, which is the deadliest natural catastrophe to kill the poor, war -torn country over the years.

‘No help come’
Residents are desperate to assist in the most affected areas.
