Karachi: A report has surfaced after Mustafa Amir was evacuated, who was killed after the disappearance of defense.
The report, produced by the University of Karachi’s Industrial Analytics Center, revealed that Mustafa Amir’s body had no evidence of drug use or poison pollution.
These results are revealed from the samples collected from four different parts of the body, showing no marks of drug addicts or harmful substances.
The report contains the signature of Principal Investigators, Assistant Investigators, and Technical Manager.
23 -year -old Mustafa Amir went missing from Karachi’s DHA on January 6, and police took 39 days to decide that he was killed. Later, his filled body was discovered in Balochistan.
Irmgan, who is familiar with the victim, was arrested on February 8 after standing dramatically, during which he opened fire on the police, which injured the DSP and the constable.
The case exposed links with an alleged drug network, especially involved in the hemp trade, which allegedly engaged in both the suspects and the victims. The investigation resulted in a police crackdown, which resulted in the arrest of several people, including the actor Sajjad Hassan’s son, Sarim Hassan.
During the Investigative Investigation, Gazari Police Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) Nadeem also came under scrutiny due to alleged relationships with the suspect. Authorities revealed that ASI was in touch with Nadeem Armagne, which he claimed was related to the ongoing investigation. However, doubts have arisen that the officer may have helped to protect Armaghan from legal consequences in a first case.
While Asi Nadeem was questioned and later released, officials have said that further inquiries can be followed if necessary.
Additionally, three police officers were suspended and they were dismissed for wrongdoing the case.
In addition, the Sindh High Court (SHC) has also ruled that prime prime suspected Armaghan Qureshi’s judicial remand and the formation of a joint Investigation Team (JIT)-had earlier ordered the Anti-Terrorism Courts (ATC) administrative judge in Karachi. The court recommended the withdrawal of the administrative powers, which already identified an extraordinary harassment of procedure decisions in a case under severe public scrutiny.
