New Zealand has knocked South Africa in the International Cricket Council (ICC) Champions Trophy Tournament 2025’s top scoring semi -final.

In the second semi -final of the Champions Trophy tournament, New Zealand competed against South Africa at Gaddafi Stadium.

Winning the toss, New Zealand chose the first batting. In the toss, Sentner hoped to take advantage of the suitable conditions for batting.

The team scored 363 runs in 50 overs.

The New Zealand batsmen made the tone from the very beginning.

Rachin Ravindra and Will Young had a fire.

However, after the departure of Will Young, it was Rachin and Williamson who played.

Both batsmen showed skills and raised one hundred and sixty -four.

Williamson scored a ton of 93 balls, while Rachen praised 108 off 101 balls.

Later in the innings, Daryl Mitchell and Glenn Philips scored 49 off 37 and 27 balls respectively.

New Zealand have been able to thank their batting line.

South Africa pacer performed a flop show. Their highly hypid bowling line completely failed.

All the fast bowlers went 7 and above.

In reply to a 363 -run target, South Africa lost 20 runs from Ricelton’s opening wicket.

However, OneDer Dawson and Bauma sought to strengthen the batting line and make partnerships.

Before Bayoma gave a wicket to Sentner, he contributed one hundred five runs.

However, David Miller scored 67 balls but due to losing.

His innings consisted of 10 fours and 4 sixes, but was useless.

He was not out but the team lost to New Zealand by 50 runs.
