Pakistan cricket team The International Cricket Council (ICC) Champions Trophy Tournament was defeated by the New Zealand team at the opener of the Champions Trophy Tournament 2025.
The defending champion struggled in the innings, chasing the target of 321.
The New Zealand team set a target of 321 runs in 50 overs at the CT opener. Both Latham and Young scored in centuries. When Ying Nesim went on bowling after 107 goals, Latham did not last at 118.
