Prime Minister Shahbaz and General Asim Munir’s participation in the funeral prayers of martyred Rangers and police personnel

Rawalpindi: The funeral prayers of 3 security personnel who were martyred during the ongoing protest of Tehreek-e-Insaaf were performed at Chaklala Garrison.

According to a statement issued by ISPR, Martyrs Naik Muhammad Ramzan (47, District Kirk), Sepoy Gulfam Khan (29, District Rawalpindi) and Sepoy Shah Nawaz (33, District Sabi) were honored in a grand ceremony by the Prime Minister. Awarded by Shahbaz Sharif, Army Chief General Syed Asim Munir, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, top military and civilian officials.

Condemning the violence, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that such acts of unrest are unacceptable and Pakistan is in chaos for political purposes. Can’t afford. He expressed solidarity with the families of the martyred Rangers and police personnel.

The dead bodies of the martyrs were buried with full military honors and sent to their native areas.
