Public reaction to the last episode of Bismal

Bismal is ARY Digital’s popular primetime drama serial which has been well received for its engaging storyline and ensemble cast. Bismal is written by Zanzibel Asim Shah and directed by Ehsan Talish. Idream Entertainment has produced the show. The cast includes Nauman Ejaz, Sawira Nadeem, Asad Siddiqui, Hareem Farooq, Saad Qureshi, Behroz Sabzwari, Shaheen Khan, Hina Javed and others. The story of the drama revolves around a rich man Tauqeer Taseer who falls prey to the trap of a fraudulent girl and loses his young son.

The much awaited last episode of the drama serial Bismal aired today on ARY Digital. In this episode, Tauqeer Taseer brings home his child from Masooma, but Reham leaves Tauqeer Taseer.

Bismal’s audience is divided on the ending. Many people were happy with Masooma’s punishment and felt that it was quite fitting that she was left alone without her child as she also took Reham’s son away from her. Many said that it was important to show Masooma’s punishment because it would teach a lesson to greedy women who look for shortcuts in life.

Few people said that Bismal was a wonderful story but the author ruined it by showing one sided punishment. Fans believed that TT was equally responsible and deserved a harsh punishment like Masooma. Fans said that TT was also a purely evil character who used his power and got a clean chit in the end. Many said the result felt quick and sudden and that Reham should not have left the TT.
