Principles has announced the release of a rebooted version of Pushpa 2, which will feature 20 minutes of additional footage.
Principles has announced on January 7 that the extended version will be available in theaters from January 11, 2025.
The announcement was accompanied by a new poster featuring Allu Arjun’s character Pushpraj with the line ‘reloaded version’.
Pushpa 2 It has already made a significant impact at the box office leaving behind. Baahubali 2 and has become the highest grossing Indian film.
The 20 minutes added to the film are meant to build on the ongoing success and offer audiences more of an action-packed story. The reloaded version will only be shown in theaters for a limited time, with no plans for an OTT release before the 56-day window.
The production teams of Pushpa 2 have also hinted at the possibility of another sequel. Pushpa 3.
The film tells the story of a sandal-selling smuggler who hails from a small underdeveloped town. The film offers great action sequences and stunning visuals, with Allu Arjun’s performance absolutely unmatched.
Along with Allu Arjun, the film also stars Rashmika Mandana, Fahadh Faisal, and others in pivotal roles. Fahad Faisal plays the antagonist, SP Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, who wants to take revenge on Pushparaj.
While Pushpaa 2 has already made its mark, the new rebooted version has reignited the excitement among Allu Arjun fans.
