TCS to announce salary increments ranging from 4% to 8%

India’s largest IT service company TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) will issue a letter to increase its annual salary for FY 2025 in March.

According to economic times, payment should begin in April and the average salary increase is 48 %.

This news is part of a gradual reduction in salary increase in the entire IT sector.

These have changed from the double digit inspection during the period of Covade 19, which increases single digits over the past years.

In the fiscal year 24, the TCS staff faced an average of 79 %, while in the financial year 2, compared to about 10.5 %.

In the early 2024, TCS also linked its salary to the employees’ Return Office (RTO) directive to increase their salary and variable payments.

The recent increase will apply after the February December quarter, after the February QVP.
