Veteran actress Bashar Ansari awarded the entertainment industry a privileged award for the British Parliament for extraordinary achievements.
The British Asian Society contributed with the Samara events UK to organize the program, hosted by MP Yasmin Qureshi. Bashara Ansari’s excellent television performance, which has made him one of Pakistan’s most admirable and important actors, was honored during this occasion.
The program was attended by community leaders, artists, and experienced actress fans and several notable visitors, including MP Afzal Khan, British Asian Society Chairman A Haq, Maria Suriya, and Amal Hafiz.
In his remarks, Ansari pointed out how important Pakistani plays are to promote the country’s culture, traditional clothing, and Urdu language – not only in the UK but also globally.
He sincerely thanked him for this honor and devoted him to other storytellers and artists who have dedicated their lives to the world to present the cultural heritage of Pakistan to the world.
“It is an honor for me to get this award in such a precise order. I am extremely bound for this praise,” he said.
Yasmin Qureshi, a member of the decades -long career of Basra Ansari, praised him, who acknowledged his contribution to popularizing Pakistani cultural heritage and encouraging future generations to achieve similar careers.
In particular, the British Parliament also honored actors Mehira Khan and Fahd Mustafa for their outstanding achievements in their own industries before Basra Ansari.
