KARACHI – The transfer rate of the United Arab Emirates Durham has registered further increase in Pakistan’s open market as it was Rs 76.08 on Thursday, February 20, 2025.
According to a foreign currency website, the sales rate for the UAE currency in Pakistan also saw the trend as it is available in the local currency market for Rs 76.10.
Durham is the official currency of the United Arab Emirates. Overseas Pakistanis usually need to convert the currency of their host country into Pakistani currency and this process is called currency exchange.
AED to PKR rate today
In the open market, the United Arab Emirates Durham rate is Rs 76.08. Therefore, 1,000 dirhams will be equal to Rs 76,080 in Pakistani currency.
More than two million Pakistani immigrants are based in the United Arab Emirates where they are engaged in various jobs and businesses in the country.
In January 2025, the remittances of the United Arab Emirates (United Arab Emirates) on a monthly basis fell from 2 % to $ 622 million. However, it was 53 % higher than the amount sent by immigrants in the same month of last year.
Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates have strong cultural and economic relations as the Gulf country is expanding its support in difficult times.
The United Arab Emirates has recently raised $ 1 billion in its two reserves with the central bank for a year.
The two sides have also engaged in various projects, as recently invested in Pakistani ports by the United Arab Emirates firm.
