In his post, Yasser shared a fake repost. Youtube Thumbnail announcing her alleged death, stating, “Iqra Aziz’s husband has passed away.”

Incensed at the irresponsible behavior, Yasir wrote:

“Whoever posted this news should prepare to post about their mother being a widow next time.”

After Yasir’s post, many social media users slammed the digital creators for spreading baseless rumors just to get clicks. Critics argued that such actions reflected poor ethics in digital journalism.
