KARACHI: Leading Pakistani actor Sajid Hassan has once again come forward to defend his son Sahar Hassan in connection with the murder of Mustafa Amir, and police have accused the police of forcing false confessions through oppression and abuse.
Addressing a press conference, Sajjad Hassan alleged that his son had been subjected to physical violence in custody, and called the situation a “well -planned conspiracy” against his family. He claimed that his son had taken hostage by the authorities to make a statement, which was in accordance with his statement.
The actor further revealed that this was not the first time his family was targeted, which said that a similar police raid took place at his residence four years ago. However, he managed to win this legal battle.
Several people have been involved in investigation into the murder of Mustafa Aamir, including Sahar Hassan, who is accused of selling drugs to the deceased and selling drugs to another person named Armaghan. Sajid Hassan clearly denied the allegations, and argued that his son was being prepared while the real criminals were protected.
Challenging the claims of the police, he denied the news that Armaghan was responsible for the murder, and called it a fabricated story designed to mislead the public. He also questioned the legal status of police operations, revealing that his house had been raided twice without a search warrant. He called for the basis of the arrest of his son and the identity of those who confessed.
Expressing deep concern for the protection of his family, Sajid Hassan suggested that powerful individuals could set the issue to meet the real crime. He warned that he might be prepared in an attempt to silence it.
Sajid Hassan described Mustafa Amir as a close friend of his son, and insisted that there was no involvement in the death of the Sahir. Instead, he claimed that his son’s justice for Mustafa was being used against him.
The tension of this trial has suffered severe damage to Sajid Hassan’s family, his wife allegedly develops epilepsy due to emotional trauma. He added that his daughter -in -law and his family were also suffering as a result of the dispute.
Demanding a transparent and impartial inquiry, the actor called on the authorities to focus on identifying the real masterminds behind the case. He reiterated the demand for justice, and insisted that influential people are really manipulating the situation to save the responsible.
