Rawalpindi: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir said that the Kharijites or extremists will not be allowed to impose their “outdated ideology” on their country.
During the interactive session with students from various universities, the Army Chief stated, “Pakistanis take pride in their religion and culture and will never allow the misconduct of Kharijites to impose their outdated ideology on the country.”
“We are proud of our religion, culture and traditions, according to a statement issued by the Ben Service Public Relations (ISPR).”
General Munir called for a strong relationship between the Pakistani people, especially the youth and the Pakistan Army, and declared that an army of military elements has been tried to trap the army and the people are ruined to fail like the past. –
He said that as long as the nation, especially the youth, will stand together, the Pakistan Army will never be defeated. “We fight like colleagues and that our most important identity is Pakistan,” he said.
Killing extremists, he said: “What kind of law are these kharijas talking about religion or religion? We will never allow them to impose their outdated ideology on our country.
The Army Chief added that Pakistanis take pride in their religion, civilization and traditions. He asked, “What law do these laws and religion do they talk about?” And emphasized that his outdated ideology will never be allowed to be captured in the country.
