Bushra Bibi withdrew from the November 24 protest due to ill health.
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi has announced that she will not participate in the November 24 protest due to ill health.
Bushra Bibi’s spokesperson Mashaal Yousafzai has confirmed that she will not be participating in the protest due to her ill health.
According to media reports, Bushra Bibi has been actively participating in political activities since November 1 and has held several meetings with party leaders in Peshawar to prepare for the November 24 protest. However, his health concerns, along with Imran Khan advising him to temporarily step aside from political activities, led to his decision.
Sources further revealed that Imran Khan urged Bushra Bibi to focus on her well-being instead of getting involved in political commitments.
The announcement comes at a critical time when the PTI is gearing up for protests in full swing, making Bushra Bibi’s absence a notable development in the party’s internal dynamics.
