Eight FIRs registered against PTI leaders in Islamabad
ISLAMABAD: Eight additional First Information Reports (FIRs) have been filed in Islamabad against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leadership and workers in connection with the party’s recent protest in the federal capital here on Wednesday.
In the FIRs registered in various police stations including Shahzad Town, Sahala, Bani Gala, Khanna, Shams Colony, Tarnool, Noon and Nellore, there are allegations of terrorism, violation of Assembly Act, attack on police, kidnapping, interference in government affairs and other charges. Reference is made. and violation of Section 144.
The cases include names of PTI Chairman Imran Khan, Bushra Bibi, Ali Amin Gandapur, Salman Akram Raja, Sheikh Waqas Akram, local leadership and thousands of unknown persons.
