Islamabad: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Islam-Fisher (Joy F) chief Maulana Fazller Rehman said on Sunday that his party was planning to protest against the federal government’s policies after the Eid-ul-Fitr along with PTI.

Talking to reporters in Islamabad, Fazal said that the Joy-F-General Assembly meeting has been called to launch a protest campaign against government policies and to develop a plan to review the situation in the country.

Referring to the present government and parliament as “puppets”, he said, “After Eid, a decision will be made to protest in the General Assembly.”

“Employees are being dismissed from institutions including postal services and PWD [Public Works Department] – If employees are disqualified, then how are you eligible? “

On a possible alliance with the PTI, Fazal acknowledged that the “real leadership of PTI” is still in jail and there is no real alliance outside. However, he added that the bitterness between the two sides has diminished, which indicated an alliance with the party.

“The anti -government movement will decide at a policy -making meeting with PTI with PTI,” he said.

In April last year, the PTI had already formed a multi-faceted opposition coalition called Tahrik Tahfoz Constitution-Pakistan (TTAP), in which Sunni Attaad Council, Pashtunova National Party, Balochistan National Party-Mangal, Jamaat-Aisami, Jamaat-e-Islaami.

Following the end of the talks between the government and the opposition in January, the PTI emphasized another to establish a joint front against the federal government and helped it to be part of its anti -government movement in Abbasi.

On the ruling PML -N, Fazal said that his Supreme and former premiere Nawaz Sharif “can play an important role in the current political situation in the country”.

“If Nawaz Sharif thinks that the government has worked in a province, where has the country go,” he added that President Asif Ali Zardari was the only person who had the “ability to buy the provincial assembly and the president’s house”.

If Punjab is cold, it does not matter. Both provinces themselves are left.
