Matiullah Jan, other journalists were allegedly kidnapped last night.

“Acquitted Saqib Bashir will file a petition in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) today,” Mir claimed.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has claimed that apart from this, another journalist and court reporter Shakir Mehmood Awan was abducted from his house by unknown persons along with FIA officials last night.

“They broke cameras and confiscated Shakir Awan’s mobile phone and other valuables,” the party wrote on X.

Hamid Mir also wrote on social media that Awan has been missing for the past several hours.
