Karachi: The Sindh government on Wednesday suspended two officers for using the plane of Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah without permission.
Both the Grade 17 officers left Islamabad for Karachi along with their families on board the Chief Minister’s plane.
The Sindh government issued a notification confirming the suspension.
According to the notification, the suspended officials include Syed Faraz Ali, Section Officer of Prime Minister’s Cadre and Wajid Shah, Protocol Officer of Sindh House.
The two officers were on board the flight, which was a test flight back to Karachi without the required permission.
Sindh Chief Secretary Asif Haider Shah said the flight was being operated as a test flight, and the officers had no permission to travel on it.
