Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has registered three new cases in Dera Ghazi Khan, Leh and Rajanpur on the video statement against Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi.

The cases have been filed under Section 126 of the Telegraph Act, 1885 and other relevant laws for allegedly making inflammatory statements to incite hatred.

A citizen named Ghulam Yasin filed a case against the former first lady at the Jamal Khan police station in Dera Ghazi Khan for spoiling the relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and for making statements against the country’s foreign policy and public interest.

Besides, a case was registered against Bushra Bibi in Mohammadpur Gamwala police station of Rajanpur on the complaint of a person named Hakeem.

Another case was registered under Section 129 of the Telegraph Act by Sohail Ashfaq at City Police Station in Leh district.

It should be noted that in her statement, Bushra Bibi claimed that when Imran Khan was walking barefoot in Medina, former Army Chief Bajwa received a call saying who are these religious extremists whom you are bringing?

PTI leaders distanced themselves after their claims of a Saudi conspiracy to oust Imran Khan, saying that their personal views should not be taken as party policy.
