In one statement shared with peopleJessica revealed, “Eric and I are living apart as we navigate a difficult time in our marriage.”
“Our children remain our top priority, and we are focused on doing the best for them,” he said.
The 44-year-old expressed his gratitude for the support he has received, adding, “We appreciate the privacy because we work through it as a family.”
Speculations about their separation began in November 2024 when the former NFL player was spotted without his wedding ring. At the same time, Jessica hinted at a personal transformation through her musical comeback, sharing photos from a recording studio on Instagram.
“This comeback is personal,” he captioned the post, adding, “It’s an apology to myself for putting up with something I didn’t deserve.”
Jessica and Eric, who tied the knot in 2014, have three children together. Despite their split, Jessica has previously spoken positively about their relationship.
